FROM THE COSMIC BEINGS SERIES - 2022

“In Cosmic Beings, I seek to present the nude form as a serene, almost ethereal language of communication. My intention throughout this project was to explore the bond between humans as something deeper than the visual—an encounter that reaches into the spiritual realm. Through the abstraction of the bodies within an undefined, white space, I wanted to highlight the subtle details of body language and the stone-like texture, which evokes a sense of something both natural and surreal. This work is an invitation for the viewer to enter a quiet space where human form and cosmic energy converge.”
In 2023, Viktoria Andreeva won the XIV Florence Biennale Photography Open Call “I am You” and received the prestigious Lorenzo if Magnifico Award. At the event held in Florence, she showcased her series Cosmic Beings for the first time.
Later, in 2024, it was also exhibited in the historic Exhibition Hall of the Academy of the Arts of Drawing in Florence, Italy. Additionally, Cosmic Beings was featured in an article highlighting Viktoria's inclusion in the Forbes Bulgaria 30 Under 30 list.”
