PHOTO ART AT THE BOTTOM OF LAKE VÄTTERN
This year we’re taking the photo art to the bottom of lake Vättern. Photographies by Cristina Mittermerier, Paul Nicklen and Zena Holloway - all three talented and well known underwater photographers - has contributed with a total of 4 pieces. The pictures are placed 50 meters from land and around 2,5 meters down under the surface.
EASY TO FIND - WET TO WATCH
The installation stands right outside the north pier of Hjo harbor. There’s a few different options to get down to the lake but the easiest way is to walk from the beach by the outdoor swimming pools and changing cabins. A pair of goggles and a bit of will is all that it takes. The spot in the lake is marked under the surface with a yellow cross on a float.
There’s simple googles to borrow by the changing cabins on the beach. Find it here >>
