The artwork shows us a rich woman licking a stamp, however, visually it plays around with the ambiguity of not knowing if it is really a stamp or it is LSD.

This ambiguity and duality is complemented by using the character of Mickey Mouse within this context of being a child character used in the same message of good/innocent vs. bad/rebel.
